   | Picture Rating Site. Hello,I'm looking for someone to make my a picture rating site. I will pay the person who does it. I won't pay less than 75$. I am looking for someone to design&code a site like this site. www.facebattle.com If you can do something like that,I'll buy it. I would like it just like they have. A place where admins/mods can login and accept or deny certian pictures users upload. I have a hosting already. I'm not worried about domain name for now.
