Definitely an interesting idea. Not sure if it's going to make you rich, but hey, a $1 is better than nothing.
The site itself looks ok, the non existing logo and favicon are hurting you though.
Use a $1 Dollar bill and replace Washington with a "?" and reuse the "?" as favicon.
Other than that, i'd hide the answered questions behind a "you'd like to read the answer to that question - .50 cents will get you the enlightenment"

Idea is quite nice but i think so you must answer it free for time being so that to get more reviews from people and i don't like the logo at all try some else and a professional one

Interesting concept, not sure how successful it can be. However as far as the site goes I definitely agree that you need an attractive header with a nice logo. Mike's idea was pretty good IMO. Maybe put some example questions on there until you get some real ones to answer also.
