I need a review and general advice on a website

I am really happy with my newest project www.okiedirectory.com

Only problem is that it's kinda dull...not enough going on. Can I get a review and some advice on how to crank it up a notch to keep visitors coming back?

Its nice but you should have main menu and community atleast at the top right corner ... They are so down

How do visitors come to your site? What kind of directory is it? Why should I visit it?

I'm missing something on top which tells me the benefit this site will provide me when I visit it.

Let me know that I'm really passing my best chance to....??? if I leave your page without having a close look to it.

What is your business? What is the purpose of this directory?

What are you expecting from your visitors? What profit shall this site bring for you?

Perhaps all my questions are the answer why there is not enough going on?
