Please review, directory of local fitness resources

I'm a pretty avid climber and crosstrainer and have put together a listing of training resources in my area. It's made up of static pages on a hacked up CSS template.

If there is enough community interest I may make this a dynamic site and rewrite it in a CMS to allow easier updating and user supplied content, but for the time being I think it serves its purposes.

Besides general design feedback (things to improve are welcome).

I'm interested in how to make the retention better, as well as how to get my add click rate up (currently at something like 800 impressions, 2 add clicks) without making the adds overbearing.

This site is intended as a resources, income generated from it is just a bonus.

Thanks in advance, I really appreciate the help.
