Well rolling news is really attractive one but I think you should add more color so that it will look colorful. Try to use red color and I am sure your website will come alive.

The theme looks good. It's a nice Wordpress theme that works well with your niche.

It looks like an auto-updating blog, so I can't really critique the content. Instead of naming it "Mobile Phone Reviews, Cell Phone News" which sounds too robotic, why not name it the name of the domain "The Best Digital" and give it a classy logo for users to remember it?

I like that theme for word press. As Frikkle said above me, it's a theme that works great for what you are writing about. Again, as Frikkle said, you need a new logo, something possibly shiny or metalic that will provide great visual memorization.
