How to make it mozilla friendly

I have made my webbsite at http://lookin.topcities.com . What kind of enhancements or java coding can I do so as to make it mozilla friendly.Currently it is only ie friendly

It is amazig to c that it looks totaly different when looked in ie and whn looked in mozilla
Keep an eye o detail.
