I will soon be going public with localcomputertech (.) com
It's not quiet complete, as I still have to add some US cities... but I'd like to know what others think about the design, navigation and I will take any suggestions you may have
Design is perfect and i like your logo too but i think so you must try some other font for your logo and why don't you add "About us" in the main menu so that people visiting it can have a brief description about your site... Else everything is fine Best of luck for it
As far as minimal requirements you have that covered. That black background is the only thing that is killing it for me. Paired with the lack of content on the index page makes it look bland. IMO you need to get some stuff going on the front page and stuff in the side bars. Wether it be content or adverts, you gotta make it look like everyone and their dog visits your site.
You can try some more too and then ask for review so that you can make your mind else if you like it then its 0k because people are just here for advices but not for orders
You can add loads of content within 6 months so just try your level best
I like the logo but it's kind of small and you have so much white space on the front page. It's just a bit bland. I need something that screams computer service.
A couple of small things - the browse page with all the cities is a little crowded, some of the words bumping into others. This page needs some spacing.
Your FAQ is really nice in that it has a very friendly, conversational tone which makes me want to trust you. You do, however, have a number of typos (weather for whether) Have someone else read it through for you - it's hard to pick out your own mistakes.
