You may make the design little more better.
You can use some free templates.

I like the colors they work well but the design is pretty plain but it is a proxy site so i guess it works for it.

The columns do not align in Opera.

I would take away the block yellow header it is way too bright in my opinion, maybe just a 2px outline in same colour??
Love the black and yellow though, well done mate.

The design is nice, but in my personal opinion, the header sticks out way to much.

Although it works well with repeat customers - makes it easier for one to remember the domain name

Con : It takes away attention from adsense ads, etc...

Thanks for the reviews fellas. I will keep this one like this but I will take your ideas in consideration on the proxy I am developing now.

My goal is to have 20-30 of these sites so right now bulk is more important while I test out conversion rates.

I agree the header is large but I think it makes it stand out so easy to remember.

I am working on my 3rd proxy in my set so I will base it off your ideas.
