Not bad. I would say make the logos on the bottom stick out just a little more (a touch more white) and the blue links are a little hard to see.

Design and logo is good but the same thing that the blue links are real harder to see .. make it clear

Use the blue to frame the site, use the white to display your content.

it's all standard templated layout for me, you can spice up the header by enhancing it with flash animations.

flash will not make it longer if it's optimized and depends on how it's being written.
