oouuupppss..!

I'm focusing on converting visitors to customers, removed google ads from home page, removed 2 out of 4 rss fetching items to lower the load time.

alexa rank still going down.... PR is diminished please review and advice...

The design itself kind of reminds me of the old Windows/Microsoft website in structure. The seo could use a little hand. Ran it via BWR and it scored 70.83%
Title, Description and keywords are also very diluted / little focus

Visually it doesn't work for me at all. It looks outdated, bland, almost without a concept. if you were to use a centered template that leaves your side rails open for backdrop branding, you'd get a more compact look, while you retain the option to brand your site in the backdrop, in addition to the logo/tagline/favicon.

I would foward the "www" to the non "www" version or vice versa. For instance your site can be accesed like this "http://www.fastrackcomputing.net/" and like this "http://fastrackcomputing.net/", that creates a number of issues beause google see's that as two seperate websites.

Second, your title tag is WAY to long. Do some keyword research, find out what keywords you are going to target and then use them in your title.

I noticed you are using vBulletin. Might I suggest vBSEO [ http://www.vbseo.com/ ] to better optimize your forum.
