I like the design, layout and colors.

The only thing I do not like is the google ads at the bottom. I strongly suggest you removing those, the last thing you want to do is draw away from your content and product.

Everything flows well and the colors are good. Though you really should take out the google adsense, this is kind of unprofessional on a professional site. You want your visitors to think that you make your money through your appraisals and advertisements, such as adsense, do not bring you income. Advertisements that are domain/hosting related would be a different story because it almost looks like you partner with that company. I would also strongly advise you to put up examples of appraisals. I have seen many similar companies that provide examples and break down would they put in to them, they are also cheaper. Make the customer almost have to get an appraisal, make it look like you offer them way more for the buck. Even if they just get one appraisal to test it out, you have done your job.

the site looks good, but you have to place the ads a little higher maybe in the headers.

I looks good, just a little pale. (But I do like colorful sites)

I would personally take off the face in the header. Like on Domain Name Soup I really don't get who this guy is and what he's doing there.

Possibly add a little more padding around the words and enlarge them some

The design is good but I think it does not fit the niche... The domain will be more profitable if used in Civil Engineering.
