Good choice on going with VB. Being a young forum though I think you have way too many ads running personally. One or two would be find but I think you over doing it. As you probably know depending on the subject forums can take some time to mature. Keep posting daily, answer posts, and make new members feel welcome. Good luck!

Well not exactly sure where to start. For me it just looks really really basic. Too much white space not used. The ads look unnatural. Maybe smaller ads? The logo at the top looks like an ad itself and makes it fell like you are just visiting an MMO blog thats forum. Liven it up with some color and interesting icons. The logo itself is nice and i like it a lot. I guess what im trying to say is, make it look like a natural and inviting forum.

lots of wasted space on header, maybe the 210x99pix "Advertise Here" box on middle top of google adsense can be placed on the vertical adsense box, also less is more when it comes to ads

Thanks Guys! Removed the top "Advertise Here" altogether (have it on the bottom already)....

Working on some other changes from both your ideas now.

if you really like to squeeze it all in, they're still some valuable ad space on left and right or the horizontal adsense box might be ok for 125x125pix advertiser/sponsor.

The ads on the left side and at the bottom make the site harder to navigate for me. I liked it more when it was less "cluttered."

the description is way too long, i never even read it, can you make it at least 1 sentence max and straight to the point? if it will not be read by others as well, then it's just wasting valuable space.

K, tightened up the Adsense in left column (from 160px down to 120px), Added text and image, was text only.

Working on Section 4 now...

Completed - Shortened it way, way up....

IMO the top adsense is too in your face, also without having a look round i wouldn't have a clue what the forum was about...

I think that the seven banners before the footer are a little excessive.
