Please Review My New Webmaster Forum

Friends i am up with a brand new webmaster forum

WebMasters.bz

Please review the forum right from the domain to the design, etc., etc.
I would love to see your suggestions and comments.

Also, i would be very happy if anyone can help me out with the promotion and populating the forums.

The design is ok, maybe too bright to my eyes but i have nothing to add about it. Congrats.

As for the "community" part:
Is not a very good idea to start a new forum with millions of forums and subforums.
Is better to let members asking for subsections. This way they "will build" the forum.

And, if you have that many sections is not good to just have them there, you have to fill them with something.

The design itself is great. I love the colors and the logo is pretty sweet. Obviously fill something in the header to the right of logo. Ad or maybe some more design, just looks plain to me. Add some things on the right side, not exactly sure but something can go there.

As loky has said let your members build the forum. A forum with many empty forums in it drives people away. Stick to the basic topics and if a sub-forum or another forum is needed or suggested take it in and see if it really is needed. This is the best way to grow a forum.

Wow, in agreement here. The format and colors are nice but way too many sections to start. It just emphasizes how many empty threads you have.

Its just been a couple of hours since the forum started, i am sure the forums would be overflowing within a week

Colours are good

6 1/2 screens is too long.....should be max 2 screens

you need to make better use of navigation....front page is overwhelming...too many decisions to make...users will click away...

What makes me want to use this forum instead another main forum with tons of people.
What is your draw. Why should I take the time to sign up and post. There are many forums out there like this...establish something with this forum no other webmaster forum has. Create a niche within this huge category.
As design goes...
The design is simple and color scheme is easy on the eyes.

or DNOA designers...

there needs to be a thread, a common bond...a connection...for the user...to the other users and to the forum
