I don't speak much Spanish but the name is difficult, even reading slow. It looks like one word. Don't complicate the logo with many effects. Also there's a large unused space in the center of the page.

Other than that it looks okay.

I would get another domain name much easier to say and type if you can't the best thing you can do is separate them in the head something like Welcome to "subastas de dominios" you also need to find a matching color. best is to choose 2 color keep it simple.

IMHO, also the 'www.' is absolutely unnecessary, especially on a long name. If your hosting allows it, you can go without it and your logo will be shorter.

The 'www.'
- adds 4 extra characters
- adds 10 syllables "duh-buh-yoo duh-buh-yoo duh-buh-yoo dot..."
- is usually not necessary

Ok the design itself is extremely 1990s. If i were you i would hire someone to come in and design a header and hit the header bars with some gradients to make it "modern". Also change up the text and i would make a fluid width of like 80%-90%.

I would also center up the middle of the page instead of having aligned to the left. It just looks like there is a huge empty space to the right of the middle column.

When making a new auction platform in this day and age think Web 2.0/Modern design. eBay is way in the past and needs some updating itself. Plus it just looks like another clone.
