some of your content is not positioned right.. its flowing off the screen.. if you are using positioned div tags.. make sure they are inside of the main container

also did u write the script for this? id like to get one of these for myself

The designer/interface is simple yet attractive. I would change the adsense ad title color to match your default link color to help them blend in just a bit more.

Like it all - just a little confused why there is a bullet-pointed link at the bottom of the boxes on the left saying: las vegas homes for sale

Apart from that very good!

i'm not sure where part of the site did you mean but i will try to check that. i didnt write the script it's from open-realty.org. try that it's free.

I like this design quite a bit. Its simple but effective and attractive. The ad at the top is in a great place along with the google ad which is place perfectly on the page above the fold. The only thing i noticed while browsing through is the links page is not like the rest of the website. Try to get that links page to look like the rest of the website. Also one thing you might want to try, not sure if this will work great, is add an RSS feed for the new houses being listed. Could catch on with some people. I know my brother just bought a house and looked at about every house around here that was in his range and just waited for new ones to come on the market before he bought the one he got.

Overall I think it looks quite nice and polished as far as the layout is concerned, while I am not a big fan of the colors you used. The google ads are well positioned and its a nice domain name.
