Review my Fantasy Football site !!

This site is something that I put together for my coworkers and friends. I run a few football pools every year and I got tired of printing out hundreds of papers every week to the winners and the losers. I thought I would save a tree and put the pools on the web.

Any thoughts and criticisms would be appreciated. This is my first site so I have a lot to learn.

Should I put ads on every page or just the main page?

awesome site. Do you just post the stats or do you have it where everyone can enter thief picks and sumbit them for the week is. Confidence pool

As of right now I will just be posting the stats and point values every week per member. I wish I new how to build a submit page where they could sign in and submit their picks. Kind of like a site like Namepros, where you sign in and submit your ideas and info.

I am using frontpage to build this and I'm not familiar with dreamweaver at all.

Any pointers on this topic will get repped?

Very simple design, which is good. I would say to have the page open below the links. Such as when I click confidence pool it will open in the space below the links, not take me to a new page.
Also once I click one of the links, there is not a link to go back to the homepage.
Add a paypal button so those paying you the money do not have to fill in any information, just click pay and done.

I would add a step by step at the beginning so you will not lose your customers. also create a 800px layout and organize it. to make it stand out more. Really good like the hompage. try not to center the content. keep it simple.
