overall good, but you can make it more exciting like perhaps on the header make it into .swf with animation of portfolio.

Looks pretty good. Small and neat. Although, to an experienced web developer it gives the slight impression that a template was used.

I would embellish the theme more with content relevant to your services rather than a small, cold professional design.

It is very much a template style website. Still considering what your trying to achieve (a region specific lead generator). As there are many similar websites all part of your group using the city name webdesign .com domains.
Using the same portfolio images etc . . .
By linking them all together it makes it really easy to tell your not actually in a specific region. Also you may get hit with dup content.

Your SEO is pretty good with a BWR Score of 83.33%
