Colors: 5/10
Overall 4/10

--Pros---
1. I like the navigation bars.
2. The placement of the ads is ok.
3. Statisitics seem to be very detailed

--Cons---
1. Site is does not use SEO friendly urls
2. The logo is very unprofessional
3. There is only one site in the database. I would try to recruit some people to contribute there site.

--------Overall---------
TOP 100 sites are as common as finding a penny on the side of the road. Try to make yours as unique as possible. Also, try to add something that will make your visitors to return and what to use your site. As of right now, their is only one site in your toplist.

Logo looks alot better.. however.. try adding some graident to it

overall ok, the google adsense is over done.
the submit links, join, login can be repeated on top menu.
