My PSD to HTML service site: www.charmhtml.com

Convert design from PSD to HTML is designed and coded from scratch. Though hardly an artistic design I'd say, but it's my best and I'm trying all I can to improve it. lol~

2 screenshots of slightly different color schemes below, which one do you like better?

I'm more fond of 1.png as it's more balanced with colors and total cold tone as in 2.png might very likely turn potential customers away.

What'd you say? Also, any suggestions concerning the site design would be holy appreciated! Thanks!

the first design has definitely the better focal point with the brownish bar under your tag line.
The second design looks better with the bottom frames.
on the first design "gonna" is not going to work. use business acceptable language, "gonna" does not exist in it also, the relevance of your tag line gets lost once someone reads the paragraph above it. there is no immediate connection to the tag line. What you should consider is to ramp the foregoing text towards the tag line. something like: "Customers keep coming back to us, because ....+ tag line" this way you created a bridge from content to tag line. it's a logically liquid state of flow.

the design needs a better logo. charm html in just font is not doing you any justice. your logo transports your CI, make use of it in better and more memorable fashion.
other than that, your layout reminds me very much of a CMS type layout. in all essence, that's not bad, but it's also not showing off what you can truly accomplish.

Wow, thanks Mike that was quick!

Yes, I'm definitely going to redesign the site soon with a logo and such. Lingering in a lot of sites that provide similar services now, hope to learn more about writing an effective landing page with a strong business tone. Thanks again!
