Okay, so, this is the third template I've ever designed, in my entire life. This is for my new website. However, I've a problem, no matter whatever I come up with, I am not satisfied. I want your review on the latest concept.

The website is still at the beginning stage of development so I'm open to all advices and suggestions. The website is going to be a combination of both personal and professional information. There'll be a blog where I post about everything starting from movie, music to my daily life. And, ofcourse, the rest of the links pretty much explain themselves.
So, yeah, let me have some feedback people.
