Nice intro
The general page layout is normal but the top flash section didn't load to me from the start i had to reload the page to see it

Hi, I almost skipped the intro because it took so long to load! So If you could make that quicker I think that would help. I liked the site, the club looks fun, was there music to be heard on the page? Or a link to music? I may have missed that.

Yes, ther's music embed with top header flash, you can hear that.

also i'm creating Top 5 music chart which will be there soon in a day or two on the right side. Also Voting and Guestbook features will be there.

Looks pretty good.
You might want to get someone to correct some of the English - "every Wednesday's" should be "every Wednesday", for example.

Overall it's nice and easy to read, I agree that the flash intro is too long and the upper right corner is hard to read.

My bigger issue is the English on the page. I'm not sure who this site is written for, but it's not written in proper English.

The biggest issue of all is the lack of address on the front page. Visiting your site, I have no idea where your club is located unless I go into the contact page. Location, hours and charges should be the easiest thing to find on that front page.
