I think the crazy guy is a good touch. Its a mascot and something that your users will relate directly to your site in future where ever they see him if it makes a lasting impression, which I think it will do. Its exactly the same as a logo, part of your identity!

You do, however need some more content. The features page, as suggested above, would be a great addition along with a "about us" page. I'd perhaps also suggest making the navigation button backgrond a solid colour as I, personally, feel the current one brings the quality of your "first impression" down. With your rollover image being a solid colour I'd think it would work well and make a big difference.

Overall, I like it. You have some good ideas going on here and because of that a solid foundation to build upon.
