site look good.

My 2 cents worth
white font is hard to read
"My mission is to help businesses look great. My freelance service encompasses logos, business cards, stationery, flyer ad, promotional products, and more. "

Could be reworded

Portland Freelance Web Designs mission is to assist your business create online branding. Our service include logos, business cards, stationery, flyer ad, promotional products, and more. "

It's pretty good.

One thing I would do first though. Maybe zoom it in a bit more. The actual (site), not background, is a bit too small. So ye, zoom it in a bit more.

Color contrast is done perfectly, other than that, it's pretty good all around.

8.5/10
