| It's a pretty good blog. Design is quite good (9/10).
You asked to "read" the posts lol, I confess I didn't, but I did skim parts of it. 
I like the header animation. Possibly it could be improved with a good logo at the header too.
Posts are looking good. Overall grade: 8.5/10

And about the images. Well the blog is hosted on Wordpress.com, I don't think they allow much customization. However if someone knows to tweak this theme without HTML or PHP, please let me know. I worked on the header instead to counter that. Plus the 216-GIF issue made me edit my company's logo with something that I never liked.
