Feedback needed for my portfolio logo

Hey,
I've been working on creating a new portfolio website lately. I'm calling it fluidCORE and I've just finished a polished version of the logo for it. I would really appreciate it if some of you could have a look and let me know what you think of it, the good and the bad. All constructive criticism is welcome. You can have a look at it at:

The logo looks cool. The only thing that I don't like is the "L" letter in fluid.
