I like the subtle template choice. Good use of graphics to accent your rss feed.

Very good design. It's simple and effective. The color combination works well. The 3 columns are good. One thing I would like to suggest is possibly put the adsense in a different location to get more views for it because as of right now, on my screen at least, I can only see the first ad without scrolling. Putting it up higher may be more beneficial. The header could use some more flashiness to attract in the viewers because as it is now it's quite boring and bland. I like the design of the RSS logo but it's quite boring with nothing else. It's a great start. A few minor adjustments and it will be great and looking very professional.

Thanks guys

Im waiting for a friend to complete my header logo. I was thinking of having the google ads as more of a side kind of thing, and as you can now see I have created a couple of spots for normal ads.

I'm assuming at the rate im going (with 1-2 original articles daily) I will eventually get some reasonable traffic.

Any more suggestions?

(btw, if you want to link exchange id be glad to )

I'd rather suggest you make it a Little Eyecatching. In my opinion a Few Buttons, Nav Bar maybe would look good. And Add a Gradient BG Logo to it. Kinda like Web 2.0 you know. I believe Looks should be simple, yet Eye Catching. But I did found your Posts useful and informative.

Cheers

Nice site. I like the simplicity of your website because it doesn't overwhelm a visitor when they land on your webpage. Good Job.

leusmith is an unknown quantity at this point

The template looks great
Just try increasing the space on the left column (the blog content column)
Try having just two columns. Try and squeeze the contents of the second and third column into one. That might give the blog content a better view. And when you combine the two columns, you might want to accommodate the ads somewhere else. Try and insert the ads after every 2 posts or so. This might also optimize the ads. Google Ads gets optimised better when they are closer to the content (in terms of HTML code). So when u insert the ads in front of the links your ads get optimised for the words in the links. When u put them between posts as I mentioned above u might get a better click thru rate.

Looks very very good to me. can't wait to see the header. PM me when it's done, I'd like to stick around and read the blog.
One thing I'd be sure to do, is to come up with articles away from making money and standard web design. I can find 100,000 blogs on making money, but I might only be able to find 5 that have an article on how to get a visitor to do the "read more..." link on an article on teh homepage. Interesting unique articles are what keep me reading, not just the same old articles. And be careful fo teh keyword stuffing not only fromt the big G standpoint, but as a visitor, seeing the same keywords gets annoying. Don't forget that your audience is web designers and they will be able to spot keywords like anything else. Keep up the good work
