Hi,
This is my new smiley site. I want to know your opinions regarding the design, colors, logo, etc. This site currently contains around 1800+ smileys.

Too bad he didn't find your site first. I'd suggest posting on all the social bookmarking and forum sites you can find. Those are the people that would be eager for your site.
Certainly, your's has a happier feel. The domain name is very easy to remember, the site design is easy to follow, and coloration blends well. You have created some awesome linkbait.
