Just got Contractor.us online a while ago

Looking for your views on the design.

Extremely stale due to not having any images at all on your site.
The nav bar and section links are rather small, for a person with not perfect vision, that could present a problem.
Logo - you definitely need one. Same goes for the favicon which should derive from the logo.
When drilling down to a listing, the "copy code" container is only 20% visible, the rest is sliding behind the "Contractors by state" list. ( http://www.contractor.us/constructio...tioning_1.html) I'm running on 1920x1200 resolution, don't think that has anything to do with it though as you're going fixed width. Might be browser related? FF here.

Also, it seems to be isolated to the link i included, the other listings look ok on my screen.

Overall, it's a very straight forward site. Not much to look at, but sure enough to read. If you could get some images on the site to loosen up the text and build visual relations to certain topics, it would possibly be easier to focus on areas of choice.

The listing page problem is the featured listing code has not been changed from the old style. Missed that

the other listings are what it should look like.

Never have been 1 for images, but this may need to be looked at.
