I think it is too simple, im not keen on the layout.

Also you need to proof read the text, it looks very unprofessional if people see bad english:

I think the site looks a bit to plain, Try coming up witha new header, something eyecatching to draw potential members in.

I also agree with ben you need to read through you text , i take it english is not your first language?.
