Logo = looks ancient, get a decent one.
Site = a regular internet user would be able to make out that you're not a professional, but for amateurs, it looks fine.

I got to agree with iRoyal, the logo dosent work at all.

Im not sure you can call it a logo as its just text with a background effect, however, the quality is too low, fix that and im sure it will look abit better.

I also noticed a few typos like "To being searching, simply type in your query in the search box above!"

Typos arent good at all for new websites.

Besides that I find it small & simple, you dont need a professional looking website for the genre your in, its as simple as that :-).

Hello netearner.

Well, based on the looks of the site, it looks like you took an antiquated turnkey script and slapped it on the site. The site works well, is rather original, and is useful, but here are my suggestions:

Get a proper logo. Anything modern-looking or simple that matches the color scheme. The current logo screams cooltext.com (or whatever the generator site is). Decrease the space between the logo and the search box.

Create a custom template that works well with the design.

Your site says do not download illegal files, yet you have a link to a ddl site?

Last, I don't know if your script allows it, but customize the branded image to the bottom right to match your site and logo.
