I like it.. good job!! but i have couple of comments if you don't mind...

FAVIcon missing, and if you give the tags web2.0 touch (different sizes) and add some energy and life to the header, it will be great i think..

the icon used when watching a video are a bit outdated, why dont u use more modern ones, glassy icons?? and you need to add navigation buttons on the top of the page not only within the footer....

i hope that i didn't miss anything, otherwise i like it so much!!

Thank you for your comments. The favicon added and I'm working on icons. The header and tags will be modified soon.

Too many adsense ads not well placed . The site design is good, but i think your logo seems like youtube`s logo . Just my opinion, try to organize your content in other way .
