center the site, take the site width to 80% set on the majority of your users resolution or make it liquid. I'm running 1920x1200 and the header is repeating itself while the content is pushed to the left.
Content wise---welcome to a TMZ clone, just not as explosive.
Oh yeah, Favicon

change repeat-x with no-repeat or fixed . 1 Thing i have to say about your site, remove the <h1> title and description from the header, it ruins the header images . In rest, i like it . Great site .
Best regards,
Iulian

You need photos in your posts because right now all I see are ads and banners and that doesn't make me want to stop and read.

ok...hmm...doesnt do it.....the no-repeat...header is not full across the top.....just upper left....need to re-look at files/code

Try changing this in the body class in css :
Code:
background: url(images/bg.gif);
background-repeat: repeat-x;
With:
Code:
background: #000000 url(images/bg.gif) no-repeat;
If it doesn`t work, try adding it into the header class and remove it from the body class.

CSS can sure make you pull your hair out hence the reason I am bald
I think you are off to a good start. Keep the content flowing and fresh.

Your site looks good.
As a newbie, I am more curious to ask about getting content. I have 2 or 3 Hollywood related names I am looking to develop but keep wondering about getting content. Any pointers for a newbie please?
