Well there are now many MS paint guru's. But for someone who hates it (like I do) then that is very good lol.

I know you didn't ask for the site itself to be reviewed

but I find "Forum" "Threads" "Posts" and "Last Post" difficult to see.

Undoubtedly, it's darker now. However, i'm still not sure what to say about the design itself. It's...ummm...well...yeah....different?
You certainly captured the audience here, maybe it's a good start for a real side by side comparison/battle site for MS Paint artists?

perhaps a little over complicated for a logo - i'd try to make it simpler

Agreed :-). I find the "logo" cute/unique and cool, especially for the idea you have in mind. I wouldent exactly use this kind of logo on a professional site, but for a site where drawing is the point, well, its perfect.
