its pretty cool but missing the FAVICON, and the footer as well... i think you should also work on a simple logo instead of the text! and the google ads on the right are sliced by the border, should be set-up correctly

otherwise it looks cool

The green "Anonymous Proxy" is hard to read. I would change the colour.

Hi 333,

Love the name. Very easy to remember .com. As muttley suggested the "Anonymous Proxy" in green is hard to read. Like how you added shortcut links to Youtube, etc at the top very useful.

Nice name there! Push the footer down a little so that it aligns exactly in middle of the page. I kinda dont like the bullets in the main page. It kinda looks odd and those descriptions for the tick boxes is kinda over descriptive and big. Consider something short and which doesnt take a lot of space like the one on http://m13.org or something.
