I like the idea...its certainly a worthy and popular subject but I don't like the bright green color. Green is a good color but I would tone it down a little. I also noted it doesn't fit my screen without scrolling over....Good luck with it.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll tweak the colors and look at the scrolling. It's supposed to be a dynamic theme that scales, but clearly isn't if you are having to scroll.

Indeed a great topic, but there are a few elements that don't really flow well.

The header is overused, if i'm not mistaken i've seen the same image in a similar site not too long ago, may even have been your site. Get a bit more dynamic into the header, something that demonstrates how powerful eco energy can be.

The pea greeen as backdrop really doesn't work. Instantly reminds me of some pea cream soup, which would immediately prompt to get away from the site.
I'd think that the a windmill farm in extremely low opacity (10%?) would work great on a white backdrop. You'd instantly transport all about eco energy while you're not overwhelming or overpowering to the site's content.
Favicon is good. The content items could benefit from more visuals. It's a lot of text, with more pictures or eventually videos you'd break the text up which would make it easier to read.

I'm confused by your posts. It seems like these should be categories, Wind, Solar, Etc. as static posts they show that your site hasn't been updated in months and that's not going to do you any favors.

OK, made some changes, feedback appreciated. I'll work on the header, it must have been on my site that you saw it as I created the header image. I did change the template recently but kept the header image.

Great topic, not so great design, I'm sorry to say.
I would recommend getting a nice free Wordpress theme, there are TONS of great ones out there, even around the "green" or "eco-friendly" topics. The header has too many images; you should try and blend the images together, as well as maybe make a little logo or graphic representing the site, text just doesn't cut it for me.
Well, that's my input into this site

Your friend Borg.
