I need my site rated.... please!

I just published it a couple of days ago, the core of the work was the content since the subject is so important. I'm open to all suggestions. It's finished for now, the next major edition would be adding some RSS feeds.

What's with chapter 7, 11 and 13?
so, for the part with articles, you should put the title also a link...not only read more
the position of the ads is strategic
add a favicon

try concentrating on less backlinks..
so for the hover effect from the top-menu, try reducing the height of it..so it's the same height as the blue for Personal Bankruptcy Information..i didn't get the point of Personal Bankruptcy Information as well...
for the footer, the hover effect is annoying

Thanks vladut, you hit on the points that I had some doubts on, so this is going on my to do list. When you say that the position of the ads is strategic, did you mean they're good where they are?

That's a TON of text there. Get some images in your text to loosen it up a bit. The information provided is not bad, but very much cookie cutter, if you can bring some custom touches, as in rewriting it and making a bit more personal, that would be great.
The arrow in the logo should be used as favicon to establish branding and visual consistency/relation.
Where did you find the content at?

Thanks for your input. The content is actually from several sources, mostly non-online. When I did research for this subject I gathered a lot of information, my research was not with the goal of simply putting a site about this subject, it was because I was going through the experience myself. So this occurred to me long after.

I was concerned about the text in the body being too bulky, nobody had mentioned it yet so I was going to let it slide. Do you think another block of text or picture ads would go ok in the top left side of the first paragraph? Or should I go for more subject related pictures?

I'm going to look at getting a favicon for the site, yeah I was never too pleased with the overall look of the logo banner, what are some good sources to get favicons for a site?
