IntelBank.com for your review.

Time to throw my project into the review mix...

I have recently moved my site to another host, lost my entire DB in the process having to start over from scratch. Please take this into account when you're commenting on a primarily empty forum.

Also, the forum posting icons will be changed to represent the IB favicon.

Anything positive & negative - so, let it rip.

Thanks in advance for the time you're taking to review my project.
...and while you're there, join me

Just an idea but down the side where you have an *at a glance* mortgage rate area. You could also have an *at a glace* daily interest rates, global exchange rates, stock market

I was gonna suggest bonking smilies but

Correct. I've been messing with a "ticker style" stock ticker. basically, trying to replicate the stock exchange ticker, but have yet to figure out how to get it right.

Thanks for the input though, its good to know that the first reviewer immediately picks up on the missing element.

Thanks, MM!

looks much better than what you had previously (just a forum i think). seems like you're using joomla now and the template looks more professional than before.

the whole video section is pretty neat, but having both "latest" and "most viewed" side by side is a bit overwhelming. i'd suggest tossing out "most viewed", or shifting both of them below the articles. the other thing i'd suggest is going with a much lighter gray for the main body background, maybe even a white.

Joomla indeed Took me a while to wrap my head around it and find all the modules that i need, let alone make them work and position them right.

Good point with the Videos, i'll have to take a closer look at how to reposition them.
The background - i'm leaning towards using the branded background i used to have on the former forum, i'll try that out tonight.

Thanks Shockie, your comments are much appreciated!

Keep them coming folks, you're the guys i learn from!

Done some modifications.

reduced the videos, beefed up the nav bar, added calculators, etc.

i tried a different shading of the backdrop, that didn't quite look ok.

So, more comments, suggestions, help and feedback would be highly appreciated!

Thanks,

M.

I'll write too

So, I like the site..Looks good though it loads quite slow
I like the colors you have used though fro the ads, put something darker as a backrground
the icon near the username input move it just a bit higher
the google search, it looks a bit unclear...as there is some white space around the letters
for Top 10 Tax Tips, that section looks a bit bad..i don't know how to explain, it just does... there is too much space near the text
and for the sent article to and those social communities, it looks like it doesn't make part of the post/article
in more section, there is too much blank space..try putting something there or get rid of it
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=420911
in credit calculator, and mortgage rates, center those parts
in rest, good job

waiting for updates
