Generic setup that's missing all elements of individualism. Starting with your header/banner section where you're missing the logo and the associated favicon.
The massive use of the neon orange is a bit overbearing and too bright. Even if orange are the colors of your business, there surely is a more subtle way to make use of such a bright color.

The line up of categories is actually well placed, could benefit from a more subtle background and images, though. (Nit picky) dvd's, should be capitalized to DVDs.

Upon looking at an item in detail and using the back button, your site is rearranging the product content. While this is not the biggest of all problems, it's still distracting to the users, as most have the next item they'd want to look at already in mind. By rearranging, you're distracting the consumer from a decisive click on the next item, since he/she has to actually look around to find their predetermined next choice.
Once a product category is selected, the selection options in the top section could use either a larger font or buttons, whereas buttons would be recommendable.
The above items are basically going throughout the entire site, shouldn't be all too much work to address and change, though.
The opportunity to review products is great, I'm hoping that once you have enough reviews/ratings on board, that you will bring the top 10 reviewed and top 10 highest rated to the frontpage?

That's it from my side for the beginning. Best of luck, your selection is definitely large!

M.

Hello Mike and People,

Firstly I think to thank Mike for the above comments!

Banner = I`m going to change the orange colour tonight and try and use a less brighter orange. But I wanted to find out if the BsGs logo itself is ok.

Also I have hell a lot of products what is the best way to lay them out on the site??? Because at the moment even I know its cr*p.

Cheers People
