complex templates and searchbots

Hey, I'm using a script designed by http://www.mylounge.com/ at my site: http://www.hm/ . The script uses an unusually complicated template system so I'm concerned that not all keywords on my pages will be recognised.

When I view source on pages on my site the HTML seems fine but I'd like to know if its this easy for searchbots to distinguish parts of my site.

The script also uses javascript to hold URLs locally in the page. Does this affect searchbots view of them?

Thanks,

cB
