Congrats on your recent project. It 's very clean, but rather plain and new. I see couple of conflicts really. The side bar on right extends down a lot, down the footer which should not be the case. Causing overlapping with footer and a huge white space for me.

The favicon as well could be really improved.

So my recommendation is getting more content..and that way, things go. Good luck, but best luck with it

Standard Pligg setup, i think it's actually even the default theme that comes with it, including the default favicon. So, really the only thing that you added is your header.
Now, thinking of your past threads with countless proxies, this is indeed a refreshing direction you're taking, but at the same time, i know that you have more up your sleeve than running with the default theme.
Try to get at least some custom touches on it, whether this be colors or module positioning. It could even be as simple as just using the red color from your logo and applying it as border to the theme, this would give you the needed consistency throughout.
