Very nice use of a Flash Template. Colors, content, everything matches. Only thing i can suggest is to use the lion head as favicon,..other than that, solid work! Congrats!

Very good design but a little slow to load the images here in Asia

I thought the design looked great, professional & balanced with nice use of typography, color & composition. The adsense at the bottom spoilt it a bit though as it was quit prominent and didn't blend it too well. I also thought the flash took too long as you would have lost many people by the time it loaded. You should consider loading parts first like backgrounds etc using preloaders and loadings other bits as these display etc.
