Very nicely done!

A few things; on the frontpage/lander - slow the image rotation down just a little bit, it feels bit too hectic/hastily.

Once inside the site, when your user clicks on a shade, let's say gold, it would be great to have an associated image of a woman wearing this shade. Not that the skin tone, complexion and such would match your user, but it's still an enticing buying argument to see someone wear the color.

Other than that, the favicon is missing, but the site in itself is very solid and doesn't need a lot of enhancements.

nice magazine layout, nice use of whitespace, excellent for me.
the integrated cart is good as well

I like it. It's simple and clean. Also, the photos add a nice splash of colour which really makes the homepage more appealing.

Nice design, it looks very professional.

Add some padding to the logo so that it doesn't run into the side of the page.

Add a manual navigation perhaps for the flash animation, and if you could, make it in javascript because not everyone has support for flash.

The use of blocks in the middle is very nice, but the bottom looks way too crowded. Try revamping the footer with a different style.
