Let us take it from top to bottom.

I like the translation idea, althought you could point it out to users better.

The bookmarks are neat as well, that top bar. However it takes me to scroll down a lot to discover you offer proxy service.

I would offset by putting the proxy form above the introduction instead of opposite way.

Just my opinion. The google ads are perfectly placed, logo could be improved.

Everything else is fine...Ahaaa. do not forget a favicon. Good luck!

Nice site. It took me a few seconds to realize that it was a proxy site; that could be a good or bad thing.

The layout is very simple; the banners at the top seem superfluous, but they're okay. I really like how you combined everything into one page: IP information, and two proxies to choose between. That's a great idea, and it should get you quite a bit of traffic.

Also, the bar at the bottom with the recommended spyware software should be more red-white than yellow-orange. The adsense banners are placed well; the only improvement I can foresee is a better logo.

Indeed, for a proxy this is relatively well concealed, but at the same time hopelessly overloaded. This might just be my personal preference, but you could benefit from a cleaner template.
I don't think that the majority of your users is reading the explanation of what a proxy is, what it can do and why they even exist.
At the same time, i find the "Personal Info" box to be the best feature of your site. Why not bringing the proxy address bar right below it?

The content could be brought behind a tab, "Info about Proxy". If someone is really interested to find out what it is, they can go there to read it.

If you could clean up the template and add a Favicon and re-arrange, you should be fine.

Just to add, you could also make a submenu for the questions. Such as

+ Why is proxy important to me
- bla bla bla (your content goes here)

This way, this would tidy up your website and let the users get to the point of using the proxies instead of scrolling down a lot

Nice site... IMHO, too many ADS by Google... on top, looks to be a bit congested!
