I like the idea of a forum for this topic..but i would suggest having few categories to start off with and when your community grows make categories according to that things will be much faster that way.

Also pay people to post in the start cause right now when i see no posts i am not motivated to join the forum and start posting get your friends to write some stuff.get good articles off the net and post some.

When I first clicked the link, I was expecting an adult website, but I saw that it was indeed not adult. Hence, the domain name is rather misleading.

The idea for the forum is rather innovative. It seems like a fresh niche, and I think that you should get some good traffic to it.

The theme for your forum is very awkward. It's a coffee/developers theme, and I highly recommend that you customize it or change it completely in order to fit the content of your forum. The theme looks good, but you should at least change the coffee icons and the coffee tree to images/icons that would be more appropriate.

The mocha theme doesn't work with the domain. You're not running a forum about the art of roasting coffee beans
On second look, "Welcome to the Developer's Cafe" would make sense with the coffee theme, but then the categories don't fit the logo and headline.

If you're thinking about staying consistent with the domain name, i'd change the template, spice it up just a little bit, without becoming too obvious.
Start filling your categories with content to get things jump started. Basically, try to stay alive, especially when it's about sex - being a live is a good thing

Then change the logo and add a favicon and you should be on your way.
