It's a completely out-of-the-box-looking vBulletin. What's to review?

Indeed. The default vBulletin layout. well, you have to have your very own unique skin and own forum feeling, so your forum is missing many visual aspects as of this writing. Thanks.

Please resubmit once your forum has some custom touches to it. Since we don't know which direction you're going to take, it's difficult to go beyond what we see - the very basic default vB install.

By image alone, as the other reviewers have mentioned, it is the default vBulletin theme; I highly recommend that you install a custom theme or make your own for your forum. At least make a custom logo

I guess that's a pretty popular niche. Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana is getting pretty popular lately, so one you get some SEO on your forum (I recommend Zoints), you should get some good traffic coming in. For a theme, I recommend that you pick something pink/girlish-looking because, odds are, the forum visitors will be primarily girls.

The keywords for your site are good; do some customizing and your site should have great potential. Please be sure to update us when you do put up a theme so that we can give a proper review.
