Paint Contest.com, it's meant to look like crap

I'm working on www.paintcontest.com, but I'm having a problem with the design. I'm trying to make it look like it was designed in ms paint, but not too crappy.

Any suggestions?

It's crap already if that's what you meant.. heh
I would suppose you meant the colours and everything there?

Weird post somehow, so I am shocked. Our aim was to produce ideas to webmasters to make their site more professional and more interactive, but never know how to make a site look so crappy.

Not necessarily 'crappy', it just needs to look like it was made in ms paint.

Ok,...well... truth be told, even in MS Paint you could do a better design job. My suggestion, search for MS paint drawings and find out what people are actually able to do with paint. It almost blew my mind when i saw some of the work.
Bottom line, just because you're aiming at art, done in ms paint, doesn't mean that you should take the most simplistic approach. On the contrary, i'd try to shine, to motivate people to use MS paint to it's fullest abilities.

I think the logo color doesn't really blend with the rest of the page. and also, for the actual forum, try getting a more darker green as the current one is easy to read but pretty disturbing

Regards,

Vlad.
