Caution Review: JxS Blog (aka my blog)

Hey guys,
I know I posted on the 30th last month about my main site (Sorry I have to ask for a review again). But just recently I have decided to create a Wordpress blog. Now to make my network more universal, I am going to use http://reviews.jxsdesigns.info as the template basis for most sub sites. Which include my blog.

It is very empty right now, I accept that, but I just created it a few days ago and have yet to make it public. I am completely new to this Wordpress stuff, so this is my first ever attempt at a template (using the default template that comes with Wordpress as the starting point).

I have three modules active (All in One SEO Pack, Post Avatar, Social Bookmarking Reloaded). If you want to suggest a module to use, please be my guest. Otherwise critique the design to you wish.

Before I forget:

????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/web-design-reviews/383537-review-jxs-blog-aka-my-blog.html

Soon to be:
//URL no longer will be valid.

Let me know what you think!
Thanks in advance again guys.

Soon to be:
http://blogs.jxsdesigns.info/surreal/ << doesn't resolve.

Indeed, the blog looks a bit empty. Not content wise, it's understandable that you don't have a flood of content within a few minutes, specially not unique content. It's the visual appearance that makes it look ... "stale".
Maybe you can find a way to drive more action on the site, eventually break your post up with images.
Work some more on the header of your blog. While the custom touch is apparent, you should focus a bit more on the "JxS" part of it and try to give it a custom touch there as well.
Last but not least, the symbol that you have going on there would make a decent FavIcon - use it

Quite. I can't resolve, either.

I like the style you used; my only suggestion would be having more content and images to clarify what the site is about. Good job!

Hmmm, there seems to be an error with the sub domain. I guess I'll just have to use the first link for now. Yeah I understand you guys about the content thing. More colour and fullness needed. Should start doing that.

@IntelBank.com - Favicon, yeah I suppose I need one since you mention that on every site that doesn't have one. I may work on a logo for JxS later, which can be used throughout the network. Thank you for your response, as with the last thread.

@GeneCosta - Thanks. More content will come with time!
