Very nice, only thing I would change would be the scaling properties. You've setup the top image to scale with the window size, but it doesnt seem to work properly, if the window is too small the image shrinks, but leaves a white border above and below it. Not a big deal I know, but still worth mentioning.

Also, just personal preference, I'd set the page to 80% instead of being the whole width of the screen. It looks a lot cleaner at 80% on large resolutions.

Hopefully this helps.

Nice, I'm likin the nav It's nicely done considering it has anti-aliased text. Anti-aliased text in nav always makes it look amateur IMO, but not wit yours.

Header graphic seems unbalanced, I would suggest have the girl and the logo justified to the left. The handshake image needs to go (overused in this industry, as a matter fact I think I have that same image . That would create some negative space for the eye to rest. Then the contact info could be justified to the right, and Possible reordered from shortest sentence to longest.

Nice design. The only thing comment I have is that you may want to move the three boxes at the bottom up a bit so they can be seen. Just moves some text below them.

I like the design and the flash header could use a little more to it.

I'm guessing everyone's *probably* said what I would recommend by now. So I'll just suggest you take a second look at your BoldChat images (they aren't appearing).

Nice site. Maybe some more graphics in the main copy would be nice. Some of the fades on the top banner are a little rough as in they dont blend as nicely as they should.

The cell spacing seems a little high on the page in general. To maximize your space real estate you might want to consider reducing the amount of white space between your menu bar and the start of the homepage copy.

I like the buttons on the bottom though.

Well, everyone really likes the menuand i do too, oyou just missed one thing, roll over services in the menu, then move the mouse down without clicking anything, the only way to get that second menu away is by clicking a link or going over a different menu item, try to set a roll off section
