looks good enough to be used. multiple file upload at once is definitely a good idea. However, i wonder; once i uploaded something, can i retrieve it again weeks down the road or would i have to re-upload to link to my image(s)?
Branding is definitely neglected on your site. The logo is small and doesn't deliver in presence and the favicon is completely missing.
Adsense placement is "ok", you're leaving the functional core of your site in the center of attention, which is all that matters.
Overall, you have the mechanics in place, work some on the site design to be a bit more conducive to the eye.

Nice beginning of your project!

Hi IntelBank.com,

Thanks for the comments & also suggestions.

1. Imagefilez.com features 20 multiple uploads with the max file size of 5MB each.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/web-design-reviews/366641-imagefilez-com-free-image-hosting-web.html

2. Well you can register for a free account (20 secs to register), & oragnise you uploaded images & get all the codes of the uploaded images, whenever you want to share images.

3. We are still working on the favicon & also the branding.

Thanks again for your suggestions, I hope that i have answered all your questions.
