I have this Bidding Web Directory

What do you think of it? Is the design good? Will it encourage people to buy a link? What suggestions do you have???

What is good, and what is bad about it??

Right now? No.

From a potential advertiser's point of view:
I don't know anything about your site.
There are no details about your site
How many links do you have already
What ensures me that my investment is a wise one
How are you using my funds - how much of it (%) will be used to advertise the site
What's your PR
How many users are frequently using your site
I am bidding for traffic - how are you ensuring traffic to your site

As long as you're not presenting facts about your site, it's going to be difficult to entice me to invest money.
The design aspects are ok, i'm missing the FavIcon.
